REGULARITIES AND PRINCIPLES OF CYBERNETICS AS A THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT TEAMS
The article presents the laws of requisite variety, feedback, as well as the principles of emergence, external addition, the choice of solution, decomposition, hierarchies of management and automatic control, which are methodological orienting points when forming management teams.
