LABOR MIGRATION AS A FACTOR OF RELIGIOUS INSTABILITY IN RUSSIAN REGIONS: THREATS AND RISKS
The article is devoted to the features of labor migration from Central and Middle Asia to Russia. The article raises questions of social adaptation of migrants with an inoconfessional culture. The danger «from the terrorist threat» from the donor countries, which are mainly the countries of Central Asia, is shown. The reasons for the migration to Russia and the involvement of migrants in religious communities of extremist direction are named. The role of globalization in the growing internationalization of religious extremism is pointed out. The connection between international terrorism and the effect of globalization is shown. What are the threats and risks to stability and how does this relate to labor migration from the Central Asian republics? What is the role of special services and the whole society in preventing the terrorist activity of migrants? What could be proposed to eliminate the causes of migrants entering terrorist organizations?
