POSTNONCLASSICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE FUTURE
The paper discusses the basic concepts and approaches to managing the future in self-developing systems of arbitrary nature, including the social system. The author discusses the modern concepts of classical, nonclassical, and postnonclassical rationality, the problems of neurocomputing modeling and network organization of complex systems, interdisciplinary methodology, the steps of synergistic modeling and comprehensive expertise. Finally, the author discusses the synergetic strategies of foresight technologies.
