The practice of inclusive employment in modern conditions
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the insufficient effectiveness of the employment policy in relation to people with disabilities, the emergence of new forms, technologies, practices for their employment, one of which is assisted employment, social employment of people with disabilities, transit employment. Research methods: comparative analysis, secondary data analysis, statistical monitoring method. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the features of the implementation of inclusive employment in our country. Results of the study: the relationship between the concepts of "inclusive employment", "accompanied employment", "social employment of the disabled", "transit employment" was determined; the current situation in the field of employment and employment of people with disabilities and disabilities in the labor market was analyzed; a brief overview of ongoing government measures and social projects aimed at promoting, ensuring and increasing the level of their employment is given, the practical experience of non-profit organizations that develop and implement inclusive employment in various regions of our country was revealed, the main differences between inclusive employment and alternative forms and practices of employment were identified, and also formulated the main ways of its development in modern conditions. Conclusions: inclusive employment is one of the most promising and innovative forms of employment for people with disabilities that needs state support, and further institutionalization of this form is closely intertwined with the development of a high level of tolerance in modern society, the promotion of inclusive values, the willingness of employers to invest in people with disabilities, to see the benefits and benefits associated with them, encouragement from the state to involve persons with disabilities in employment.
