TECHNOLOGIES OF FORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

This article presents technological model of the formation of the management team, including twelve serial operations, starting from defining goals of the team and selection of team`s leader and concluding by training courses, aimed at strengthening the position of leader and strengthening team spirit.
