Eurasian integration: content analysis of web-resources

The article discusses some general trends in the development of information support for Eurasian integration within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union: the increasing importance of social networks and the quality of published information in official media. The article focuses on the results of a content analysis of electronic resources covering Eurasian integration. A systematic look at the media issues of the EAEU countries and the problems of coverage of Eurasian integration made it possible to formulate the object of study – electronic resources devoted to the Eurasian theme. The authors' attention is focused on interpreting the state of the Eurasian integration agenda in the member states of the Eurasian Union. The article concludes that the general information field of Eurasian integration is represented by an insufficient number of electronic resources, and the available ones are not fully used. In addition, private characteristics of the analysis for official sites, groups and communities in social networks are revealed. The author’s characteristics, which form the basis of the content analysis of electronic resources at the studied levels, are analyzed sequentially. The article proved that the existing specialized sites and groups in social networks as a whole do not correspond to the scale of the EAEU project and need to be improved; the rationale for the need to refine the EAEU information strategy is presented. The article is practical in nature and focuses on highly specialized topics.
