Manageability of social group formation processes in regions with different levels of sociocultural modernization
The focus of the article is the scientific and theoretical presentation of the problem of execution of the «civil contract» between the government and society in the conditions of historically defined challenges and threats, which is a part of work of the Center for Sociology of Management and Social Technologies of the Institute of Sociology of the RAS for a subject of management of processes of social grouping and represents continuation of our research on RNF No. 15-18-30077 in 2015-2017 in the conditions of implementation of the Decree of the Russian President of May 7, 2018 No. 204 «On the national purposes and strategic problems of development of the Russian Federation until 2024». The article is staged and focuses on the description of the scientific problem at which the scientific project is aimed, its scientific significance and relevance. The scientific novelty of the study is to justify the necessity and possibility of obtaining new knowledge about the management of group formation processes in regions with different levels of sociocultural development and strategic spatial location. The rationale for the feasibility of achieving the project objectives and the possibility of obtaining the planned results is presented.
