Другие элементы этической политики включают в себя этические комитеты, должности этических служащих, этические учения, этические аудиты и др. В организациях государственного управления Литвы отмечается фрагментарность в формировании этической политики. Отмечается, что вопросам этики и просвещения при подготовке комплексного взгляда в формировании этической политики уделяется недостаточно внимания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modeling and design of a code of ethics is considered to be the beginning of developing the ethics policy in organizations. The other elements of the ethics policy include ethics committees, ethics advisers, officers, ethics training, ethics audit and others. In Lithuanian organizations of public administration, the fragmentation in developing the ethics policy has been seen.
