В статье анализируется деятельность православных социально ориентированных организаций и групп помощи в регионе на примере Республики Мордовия. Данные авторского качественного социологического исследования демонстрируют, что православные НКО и группы помощи составляют многоцелевую структуру, которая призвана охватить различные категории нуждающихся. Специфика организации деятельности благотворительных православных организаций, клубов, групп помощи и благотворительных складов на уровне региона заключается в кооперации как на межличностной основе, так и в сетевой форме, а также координации этой деятельности на уровне епархиальных структур управления. В регионе прослеживается тенденция к развитию параллельных подведомственным государственным организациям социальной защиты и действующих в тесном сотрудничестве с ними структур на основе институционализации и формализации, ограничение которой составляют дефицит финансовых и человеческих ресурсов, обусловленный относительно низкими среднедушевыми доходами и миграционным оттоком социально активного населения в небольших и относительно низкоресурсных регионах. Этот дефицит отмечается экспертами в форме таких проблем, как эмоциональное выгорание волонтеров, текучесть их состава и зависимость судьбы конкретного проекта от личности руководителя, свидетельствуют о дефиците ресурсов, обусловленном асимметрией развития регионов.
The article analyzes the activities of Orthodox socially oriented FBOs and aid groups in the region using the example of the Republic of Mordovia. The data of the author's qualitative sociological research demonstrate that Orthodox NGOs and aid groups constitute a multi-purpose structure designed to cover various categories of people in need. The specifics of organizing the activities of charitable Orthodox organizations, clubs, aid groups and charity warehouses at the regional level lies in cooperation both on an interpersonal basis and in a network form, as well as coordination of these activities at the level of diocesan management structures. The authors note the tendency in the region towards the development of the structures parallel to the subordinated to the state social protection organizations operating in close cooperation with them on the basis of institutionalization and formalization, limited by a shortage of financial and human resources due to relatively low per capita incomes and migration outflow of socially active population in small and relatively low-resource regions. This deficit is noted by experts in the form of problems such as emotional burnout of volunteers, the fluidity of their composition and the dependence of the fate of a particular project on the personality of the head, indicate a shortage of resources due to the asymmetry of regional development.
