Трансформация и социально-структурные процессы российского села, и проблема цифровизации АПК в статье связаны с формированием стратегического управления сельским хозяйством и с действиями государства, направленными на новое технологическое оснащение производства и перспективами его преобразования в системообразующую отрасль отечественной экономики. Каково состояние и потенциал трудовых ресурсов, влияние субъектов сельскохозяйственного производства на аграрный рынок труда в условиях цифровизации и изменившейся социокультурной сельской среды? Эти проблемы рассматриваются на больших массивах лонгитюдного исследования Росстата с 2011 г. В 2020 году сельская выборка составила 40039 респондентов, в том числе 15501 занятых в экономике, проживающих в 18468 домохозяйствах. Выявлено, что цифровизация фрагментирована в сельском хозяйстве, агропромышленном комплексе, она затрагивает крупнейших производителей, осуществляющих масштабные государственные инвестиции и которые сосуществуют с более традиционными технологическими структурами. Число занятых в сельском хозяйстве сокращается, расширяется занятость в несельскохозяйственных отраслях в неформальном секторе, наблюдается отток сельского населения в города. Тем не менее тенденции, наблюдаемые в сельской местности, расширяют институциональные возможности селян, что свидетельствует о переходе к следующему этапу рыночной экономики, основанной на интеллектуализации труда, новых требованиях в трудовой практике работников, что повлечет за собой изменения в социально-структурных процессах российского села.
The socio-structural processes of the Russian village and the problem of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in the article are associated with the formation of strategic management of agriculture and with the actions of the state aimed at new technological equipment of production and the prospects for its transformation into a system-forming branch of the domestic economy. What is the state and potential of labor resources, the impact of agricultural actors on the agricultural labor market under the conditions of digitalization and the changed socio-cultural rural environment? These problems have been examined in large arrays of a longitudinal study by Rosstat since 2011. In 2020, the rural sample consisted of 40,039 respondents, including 15,501 employees employed in the economy, living in 18,468 households. It is revealed that digitalization is fragmented in the agro-industrial complex, it affects the largest producers who implement large-scale public investments, and which coexists with more traditional technological structures. The number of people employed in agriculture is decreasing, employment in non-agricultural sectors in the informal sector is expanding, there is an outflow of the rural population to cities. Nevertheless, the trends observed in the agro-industrial complex and in rural areas also expand the institutional capabilities of the villagers. This indicates the movement to the next stage of a market economy based on the intellectualization of labor, new requirements in the labor practice of employees, which will entail new changes in the socio-structural processes of the Russian countryside.
