Статья посвящена этнорелигиозным аспектам миграционных процессов на примере последствий миграционного кризиса 2014-2016 г. в Европе и миграционной ситуации в России. На примере Германии, Франции, Великобритании и России автор дает анализ демографической и миграционной ситуации. Особое внимание уделено проблеме интеграции мусульман в Европе и в России. Автор сравнивает жизненные установки иммигрантов-мусульман в Европе и в России. Чем может грозить плохая интеграция иммигрантам, как этим пользуются вербовщики радикальных религиозных течений и что им можно противопоставить. Автор приводит официальные статистические данные и данные независимых статистических центров по прогнозу численности иноконфессиональных иммигрантов в Европе. В статье предлагается компаративный анализ ситуации в Европе и Росси с иммигрантами и их интеграцией в принимающее общество. В чем разница между мусульманскими сообществами в России и в Европе и каковы перспективы разрешения миграционного кризиса. Существует ли в России проблема с самосегрегацией мусульман, как в Европе? Автор анализирует связь между неконтролируемой иммиграцией и проблемой безопасности в России и Европе. Также в статье приводится подробный анализ литературы по данной проблеме как российских, так и зарубежных ученых. Европа также, как и Россия испытывает демографические проблемы, а поэтому остро нуждается в трудовых мигрантах. Возможен ли баланс между решением демографической проблемы, проблемы безопасности и интеграцией иноконфессиональных иммигрантов и почему политика мультикультурализма не оправдала ожиданий европейцев? Какие аспекты миграционной политики наиболее успешных стран можно применить в России? Автором сделана попытка осветить эти и другие вопросы этнорелигиозных аспектов современных миграционных процессов.
The article is devoted to the ethno-religious aspects of migration processes as an example of the consequences of the migration crisis of 2014-2016 in Europe and the migration situation in Russia. On the example of Germany, France, Great Britain and Russia, the author gives an analysis of the demographic and migration situation. Particular attention is paid to the integration of Muslims in Europe and in Russia. The author compares the life attitudes of Muslim immigrants in Europe and in Russia: what threats can poor immigrants face, how recruiters of radical religious movements can take advantage of this and what can be opposed to them. The author provides official statistics and data from independent statistical centers on the forecast of the number of Muslims in Europe. The article offers a comparative analysis of the situation in Europe and Russia with immigrants and their integration into the host society. What is the difference between Muslim communities in Russia and Europe and what are the prospects for resolving the migration crisis? Is there a problem with self-segregation of Muslims in Russia, as it can be seen in Europe? The author analyzes the relationship between uncontrolled immigration and the security problem in Russia and Europe. The article also provides a detailed analysis of the literature on this issue by both Russian and foreign scientists. Europe, like Russia, is experiencing demographic problems and therefore is in dire need of labor migrants. Is there a balance between solving the demographic problem, the security problem and the integration of immigrants from Arab-Muslim countries, and why did the multiculturalism policy not meet the expectations of Europeans? What aspects of the migration policy of the most successful countries can be applied in Russia? The author makes an attempt to highlight these and other issues of ethno-religious aspects of today’s migration processes.
