Russia has developed specific principles and skills in the use of volunteer work with refugees through active involvement in Church and community and civil society institutions, business structures in the system of social partnership. This experience can be applied also in Western Europe, the countries which are currently experiencing significant migratory pressure on the society.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses some results of the analysis of the problem of adaptation of migrants of refugee in light of contemporary socio-cultural situation.
