publications of Belgorod region – «The Belgorod Pravda» and «The Belgorod Business Class».
The period of study covers the first half of 2015. The analysis is focused on identifying the degree of «problems» of agenda, identifying key focus of attention of publications. The study identified key indicators of publication activity, thematic structure, set dominant on the agenda of each publication of problems of socio-economic development of the region and the actors, positioned as responsible for their decision. The results of this work show the differences in representation of issues on the agenda of “polar” media.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of analysis of the content of two polar periodical
