In recent years, the solution to this problem at the federal and regional levels has been implemented without any necessary conceptual and theoretical basis. This was one of the reasons for insufficient effectiveness of implementing crowdsourcing technologies in regional governance. Currently, the development of the concept of crowdsourcing potential is expedient. This concept should take into account the theoretical and methodological developments in the sphere of Management Sociology. It should also take into account the level of current research of the regional policy and the specifics of the branch.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of formation and development of crowdsourcing is crucial for the effective functioning of the state regional policy.
