The spirit is always primary, just like the primary system of the fundamental religious and moral values that prevail at a given time in a given country, determining the moral guidance and moral dominance of conduct of all the people or certain groups, such as people.
We are talking about such an interaction of three structural elements that form the formational and civilizational movement of society. It is the interaction of culture (spirit), Civilization (shape) and formation (substance) that forms the country's economy, i.e. the national economy (the economy). Civilization as cultural and historical types is always a product of the corresponding spirit which is always derived from the type of religious structure of society and the corresponding system of spiritual and moral values of life. For example, the Anglo-Saxon civilization created the spirit of the pirates and corsairs, always aspiring to robbery, for power and wealth, they were the first capitalists in England. And the system of everyday life principles of the sea (pirate) way of being formed the doctrine of liberalism as a political-military doctrine.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Economic activity is the process of having a spiritual base, and the economic system as such is characterized by three elements: the spirit, form and substance.
