The article is staged and focuses on the description of the scientific problem at which the scientific project is aimed, its scientific significance and relevance. The scientific novelty of the study is to justify the necessity and possibility of obtaining new knowledge about the management of group formation processes in regions with different levels of sociocultural development and strategic spatial location.
