In order to solve demographic problems in modern Russian society, special attention is paid to the state program of fertility stimulation, which includes a set of measures of administrative, financial, and social support for a young family.

In this regard, it is important to summarize the expert survey of employees of government agencies involved in the support of the young family of Moscow and the Moscow region, conducted by the authors in 2017. The authors paid special attention to the issues of housing affordability for young families and increase of benefits and programs aimed at state support of young families.

For an effective family policy, these areas should be made crucial, developing new programs and improving existing ones.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the author&amp;#39;s analysis of the study of family and demographic policy in the context of changes in the life of a young family.
