The author discusses the main provisions of this approach and considers the object, subject and main hypothesis of the research. The system Configurator of evolution of ideas about teamwork, including philosophical, methodological, theoretical and methodical levels of representation, has been developed. The evolution of teams in accordance with the types of scientific rationality – classical, non-classical, post-non-classical and post-post-non-classical (metamodern, altermodern, transmodern) – is considered from the point of view of the nonlinear vector of development of society. The author provides a brief description of the concept of socio-navigation and its relationship with the management teamwork. Besides, the author provides her extended classification of commands, including a new type of commands (TF-commands), their brief description and technology of moderation/facilitation. A network of hierarchical models providing effective management of the whole life cycle of commands is proposed. The concept of a single creative field as the main characteristic of effective work of teams is considered.
