TRANSFORMATION OF THE PROSPECTS OF THE EVOLUTION OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICE, ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION, EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT AND THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC PROCESSES

The article analyzes the transformation of societies and economies in the conditions of globalizing changes. The author investigates the institutional processes of integration and regionalization in the modern industrial systems. Besides, the author investigates the specificity of post-industrial development strategies and comprehensive transformation of socio-economic structures of different levels and patterns of governance in the context of globalization in the modern industrial systems. The article analyzes the dynamics and prospects of the development of processes of self-organizing systems of society, governance, structure and functioning of the algorithm model of direct democracy and civilian government. When planning the public future, the emphasis should be placed evenly on the analysis of the values, and on the analysis of social institutions that will realize the real mechanisms of the practical construction of a new society. The thing that is is sometimes manifested as surface phenomena, actually characterizes a determined trend, that provide not only a different outlook of changes, but also a revolution whose depth and width are beyond expectations of traditional public theory. From the point of view of historical progress every new stage of development of human society differs from the past, that creates new conditions for the material and spiritual integration of humanity as an expression of the basic trends of social and historical development. Besides, the author investigates the ideological, social, economic trends and the concept of subsidiarity and deliberativity, the prospects and forms of their subsequent development.
